An up to date Quicktime Player running on XP Pro gave me a message when I tried to play a Quicktime tutorial that I have. The message was to continue to Quicktime Components in order to play the video. There were about ten choices from that page, but no indication which I should install. I installed a few but the video still does not play. All other Quicktime videos on my PC open fine.
Any suggestions on how to find what I need to add to or modify Quicktime Player with? The message only appeared once. I don't get the message pop up when trying to play the Quicktime tutorial video anymore.

After your machine reboots, open QuickTime Player and start a new screen recording. In the QuickTime Player window, click the down arrow to the right of the record button and select 'Soundflower (2ch)' as your input. Then launch System Preferences and go to the Sound settings.
